As a co-founder of KOSMAS Therapeutics, Thomas brings in massive expertise in financial and strategic matters.

After various roles in a family business, Thomas joined Allianz Group. At Allianz, he worked for 17 years in multiple leadership positions within the finance and asset management division. After, he worked as managing director and COO for Instrument Systems, before joining Mavig Group as managing director and COO. Since 2018, Thomas has been working as an independent advisor and investor. He is also a co-founder of Surftown MUC.

Thomas studied Business Administration at the Ludwig-Maximilian-University in Munich, Germany, where he earned a Dr. rer. oec. degree.
